CHAP is a not for profit organisation whose principal income is from State and Commonwealth grants for the brokerage and management of home based services CHAP manages a range of programs from early intervention to complex care within Gawler, Barossa, Lower North and Yorke Peninsula CHAP has five regional offices based in Gawler, Nuriootpa, Balaklava, Clare and Maitland, with Head Office based at Nuriootpa CHAP provides quality, flexible, in home support services through a range of programs to assist eligible frail elderly, younger people with disabilities, and their carers, which support and promote independence
